At PureChain Aminos, we stand behind the integrity of our 6-time tested products. Because our peptides are intended for strictly controlled research environments, we maintain the following policy to ensure the safety and quality of our inventory:

General Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all security seals intact. Due to the sensitive nature of our research compounds, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or utilized in any capacity.

Timeframe & Eligibility

• Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of your order date or 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Authorization Required: Before sending any items back, you must contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Packages sent to our facility without prior confirmation will not be processed.

The Process

1. Contact Support: Email us with your order number and reason for return.
2. Ship Your Item: Once authorized, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
3. Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, our team members will inspect the seals and condition. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus any original shipping fees.

Exceptions & Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a discrepancy with your Freedom Diagnostics Lab COA, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. In these instances, we will prioritize a rapid replacement to ensure your research remains on schedule.
